Multiple ways…you could vaporize it by torching a glass chillum and then using a dab tool to touch the dope against the super heated glass (on the not heated side) and hit it as you touch the dope to the tip. The main way people do it is to use foil and trail it with a “toot” (ie straw, rolled up bill, rolled up foil toot, etc.). However this is on the assumption it’s black and not Coachella or China white. Those are best taken up the nose because you lose too much by trying to burn it. I never encourage needle use because that’s usually how the habit ruins lives…and not just your own.
